In this article, we will discuss how to install Map Suite USA 2006 Second Edition Data on your machine and upgrade your development environment.

It's very straightforward to install the World Data on the computer. Just follow the steps below.

1. Insert World Data DVD into computer.

2. If AutoRun is disabled, navigate to your DVD-ROM and view the DVD’s contents.

3. The discs contains 2 folders “ByCounty” and “ByState”, within each of them there are 56 exe files for the data, 11 par2 files for Par checking, 2 batch files for exporting all the data, and one Readme.txt file. Also you can find a QuickPar folder including the Par2 tool for checking the data.

4. The 56 exe files are self-extract data files for the 56 US statess and territories. You can double click to extract one of them or you can also run “ProcessAllState.bat” batch file to extract them all. There is a readme.txt in the folder showing how to do it.
