What Map Suite products does the Spatial Data Extension work with?
The Spatial Data Extension works with Map Suite Desktop, Web, Silverlight and Services Editions.
How does the Spatial Data Extension integrate with Map Suite?
Once you add a reference to the Spatial Data Extension, you will have access to a new type of layer called ArcSdeFeatureLayer. This layer will work inside of Map Suite just like any other type of layer.
Can the Spatial Data Extension write to AcrSDE®?
No. The Spatial Data Extension can only be used to read data from AcrSDE® Server. You can then work with that data using your Map Suite product(s).
What versions of ArcSDE® does the Spatial Data Extension work with?
ArcSDE® version 9.3 only.
