Note: The page is for Map Suite 10. If you are using Map Suite 9.0 or previous versions of Map Suite product, please go to MapSuite 9.0 Wiki. We highly recommended you to upgrade to ThinkGeo 12.0 if possible which supports both .NET Framework and .NET Core, which is easier to use and get more features over the previous version. The majority of previously built code should work without modification assuming the new namespaces are added. For guidance on upgrading your existing code, please check out ThinkGeo 12 Upgrade Guide.
Map Suite for iOS is a powerful .NET control that lets you add interactive maps and professional-grade GIS to your iPhone® and iPad® apps. Using the power of the Xamarin mobile platform and ThinkGeo's Map Suite together, you can develop native iOS apps using the C# language and .NET libraries you're already familiar with.
It's very easy to get started. You can start from getting the samples from GitHub, or start from creating a new application in your Visual Studio. Please have a quick look at the following short videos.

The standard package contains commonly used packages which should meet most user's requirements. The packages which are not included are not commonly used and very big in size, such as FDO package, Oracle Package, etc. You can always reference those packages separately.
The barebone package is intended for experienced Map Suite developers who require adept control over their dependencies. All other developer please use the standard package.
The The Mobile for iOS API documentation covers the ThinkGeo.MapSuite.iOS namespace which resides in the ThinkGeo.MapSuite.iOS.dll assembly. It contains all of the The Mobile for iOS specific classes such as the map control itself, Overlays, and supported map classes.
